Notorious thief publicly congratulates police command in a video after arresting him

A video has gone viral of how a notorious thief, who was caught stealing, thanked the police officer who arrested him.
The thief who was identified as Boubacar Diallo, a student at the Technical College in Mamou, Guinea, made this statement during a press interview where he agreed to committing the crime. The young man and his accomplice agreed to stealing the sum of 50 million Guinean francs (N2 million) from a phone shop in the North-Western city.
 According to the video, Diallo said: “The national police head office should be congratulated. I also want to say that the police need equipment because it has well-trained officers. Serious.”
